SmArt is a beautiful apartment at the third floor in a central venetian building. It has been completely renewed, and is large enough to sleep up to 7 people really confortably. It is composed by: entrance, two bedrooms, a big living room with sofa beds, a large american kitchen, an a bathroom with shower.
SmArt is very bright and offers a unique view over the canal Rio della Panada and on the venetian roofs, offering our Guests a unique sight of Venice according to a high level of privacy.
